There are tons of restaurant blogs out there. From ranting waiters to people reviewing restaurants. It's all been done. I want to put a new spin on things. Being in the restaurant industry for seven years has made me a bit of a people watcher. This blog is going to be my observations of the human condition, all observed from a pizza place in Northern NJ.
